Exploring the world behind my eyes.
I am originally from the coastal city Fuzhou in China. After graduating from a
local university with a B.A. in Graphic Design, I came to the U.S. to continue my
education and work toward a M.F.A. in Illustration at the Academy of
Art University in San Francisco. I have also studied Chiaroscuro, figure
drawing and gouache from a young age, and continue to enjoy learning
new mediums. As a freelance artist in China, I have three years of
experience creating works for a variety of clients in my hometown.
During my time in San Francisco, I was pleased to have the
opportunity to design and paint two murals for clients as well as create a
number of illustrations for other clients.
